One list is for long-term goals (life long goals, 10 years down the road etc) ,second list is for medium-term goals, and third list is for short-term goals. (Today, tomorrow, this weekend, next month)

2. Prioritize them; decide on time frames. By what date will you have accomplished these goals?
Write it all down.

3. Make it a point to keep checking back to these lists. You can make this a journal - writing about how you've accomplished these goals, struggles, etc.

This won't work unless you're motivated to accomplish, of course.
You may not feel like doing something, but you can make a choice about doing it. You may need to force yourself to do it. Afterwards, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment - a positive feeling.

If getting yourself to do anything is a problem, then depression is likely the issue. Anti-depressants help a lot.

Also, try doing something new.

Good luck! I wish you well.Valerie https://www.blogger.com/profile/09697814597761031459noreply@blogger.com
