Decorations Galore

The decorations on Orchard are getting worse and worse. This year, there are some ugly Christmas fountain and tree things at some of the junctions. And those gold bird-like things hanging from the trees are horrid too. Tacky, tacky, and tacky.

What happened to good taste? Don't they know less is more?

Really? Damn, that I've gotta see, how tasteless the so-called designers have become...

I want to take photos and post them on my blog. The problem is that I don't to deal with millions of people pushing and shoving. I like shopping, but this is over the top.

I saw 'em, the damn birds. They looked like bastard children of a dove and a phoenix. And a lot of them have one wing up and the other down. Utterly stupid and totally ugly. The idiot who came up with that idea should be fired. I saw everything clearly at the al fresco MacDonald's right outside Shaw Centre's Mango boutique. Shockingly ugly, yes.

I kept forgetting to bring my camera to shoot some photos of the ugliest decorations.

And I can never remember to do that whenever I'm in town even though I've always got my T1 with me.

The decorations here in Tokyo are very tasteful and nice. Better than in western christian countries, I think.
